A PERSON was freed from a vehicle after a crash in Frome on Christmas Day.
The incident occurred at the Blatchridge roundabout, Selwood, at around 11.18pm, with fire crews from Frome and Warminster and Westbury sent to the scene.
A Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the crash involved a single vehicle.
“Crew successfully rescued the person within the vehicle using hydraulic rescue equipment,” they added.
“The casualty was put into the care of the ambulance service who were in attendance and the incident was handed over to the police.”
