HOUSES on a Somerset development made up of detached and environmentally-friendly properties have gone up for sale.
Five homes built on a site at Ham Farm, Combe St Nicholas, have been put on the market with agent Greenslade Taylor Hunt (GTH).
The development has been built by bespoke developer, Old Charm Properties, who bought the site at auction from GTH in 2022 and later started work after securing planning permission.
“The result is an exquisite development of five exemplary roomy new homes,” a GTH spokesperson said.
“Each has been thoughtfully designed and constructed to reflect the beautiful environment within which the development sits.”

The first sale was completed before Christmas – with three of the other properties now on the market.
“The homes offer large, quality spaces, reminiscent of period properties, rather than ‘soulless’ new builds,” the spokesperson went on.
“Care has been taken to construct homes that look as though they have been part of the immediate environment forever, and will continue to look beautiful for centuries to come.

“In many ways the properties will appeal to buyers who might not immediately consider a new build – the feast of features is hard to beat.”
Each property boasts off-road parking and garaging, they added, as well as panoramic views on the outskirts of Combe St Nicholas.
They are priced at between £895,000 and £995,000. For more information on the homes available and to arrange a viewing, contact the GTH Chard office on 01460 2383282.
