PEOPLE in Wincanton may have struggled to get a signal on their mobile phones today.
Residents have reported issues with the O2 and Vodafone networks in the area around the town – and now the reason has been revealed.
A Vodafone spokesperson said “engineering work” is being “carried out at a hub site” in the area.
The work could affect signals in the Wincanton area, they said, but is set to completed by around 8pm this evening (September 25).
