TWO building plots in a Somerset village are for sale – with planning applications for two two-bed homes being considered.
The development sites, on the outskirts of Milborne Port, are being marketed by Greenslade Taylor Hunt (GTH), with a guide price of £245,000 each, or £490,000 for the pair.
GTH is running a number of view days so would-be buyers can see the potential of the site, which is bounded by residential development on two sides and agricultural land on the remainder.
Offers are invited on a conditional basis, including the granting of detailed planning permission, which is currently being considered by Somerset Council.
The deadline for the submission of offers is 12 noon on Friday, March 20.
Viewings will take place at the site on Thursdays, February 19 and 26, plus March 5 and 12, between 9am and 11am.
For more information and to book a viewing, contact Mark Chugg or Oliver Walker on 01823 334466, or email mark.chugg@gth.net or oliver.walker@gth.net.
