A SITE near Langport with planning permission for nine homes has been put up for sale.
The development site at Huish Episcopi – as well as a large paddock and orchard – is being marketed by Greenslade Taylor Hunt (GTH), with a guide price of £875,000.
In total, the land for sale – which is walking distance of Langport – measures just under 9.5 acres.
