WATCHET Town players will be looking resplendent in red thanks to a new kit donation.

Somerset-based developer Summerfield Homes has helped kit out the team in new jumpers.

Summerfield is a sponsor of the Red & Blacks and is behind the Liddymore Park development in Watchet.

Watchet Town play in the Uhlsport Somerset County Football League Premier Division.

Summerfield Homes sales and marketing director, Philip Morgan, said: “We hope the new kit in the club colours will bring the team further success.

“We have been grateful for the way the community has taken us to its heart and we are pleased to be building homes for the next generation of players and supporters.”

Nick Sully, a Watchet Town official, added: “Watchet Town Football Club would like to express their grateful thanks to Summerfield Homes for the smart new tops donated to them.”
