PARTS of South Somerset have become winter wonderlands – a bit early for Christmas – as snow lands in the county.
A weather warning is in place, from the Met Office, for much of the county as falling temperatures bring a dose of the white stuff.
Yeovil, Chard, Crewkerne and more have seen hefty deposits of snow throughout the morning, although it appears to be struggling to settle elsewhere.
Drivers are being warned to take extra care on the roads, including the M5, A303 and A30.
Meanwhile, Leveller readers have been capturing county views as the snow continues to fall…

Meanwhile, three Somerset schools have shut due to the bad weather today (November 21).
They are: Hinton St George CofE School (from 12.15pm), Elmhurst Junior School, and Churchstanton Primary School.
