TWO people were arrested on suspicion of theft of items from B&M in Yeovil – with the help of the public.
Police received calls reporting two men committing a theft at the Lysander Road store yesterday (April 23).
“Response colleagues searched the area until they found the perpetrators with the stolen items and both were arrested,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson said.
“We would like to thank the members of the public who assisted us with apprehending the males. Shoplifting continues to be a problem and officers are really keen to tackle it.”
