Squatters cleared from Frome property after reports of anti-social behaviour

POLICE and other agencies moved squatters out of a Frome property after reports of anti-social behaviour.

The incident unfolded this morning (July 17), involving housing association staff and others, as well as Frome police officers as the property was “being occupied without permission”.

“The individuals involved were linked to ongoing anti-social behaviour, which had been impacting the local community and causing distress to neighbours,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson added.

“This is great example of multi-agency work in action — working together to keep our neighbourhoods safe and supportive for everyone.”
