POLICE are on the look-out for a man in his 30s with a goatee, glasses and wearing a backwards cap in connection with an incident in Bridgwater following an act of outraging public decency.
Outraging public decency is defined as when someone does something lewd, obscene or disgusting in the presence of at least two members of the public.
The incident is believed to have happened in the Shervage Court area at around 12.30am on July 8.
A police spokesperson said: “We’re releasing an image of a man we need the public’s help to identify.
“We’d like to speak to the man as part of an investigation into an act of outraging public decency in Bridgwater.
“The incident was reported to have happened in the Shervage Court area at about 12.30am on Monday 8 July.
“The man is described as white, mid-to-late 30s, and has a goatee beard. He is seen wearing glasses and a baseball cap backwards.”
