Kyle Drinkwater in court after robbery at Glastonbury shop

A MAN has appeared in court charged with robbery, possession of a firearm, and criminal damage after an incident at a shop in Glastonbury.

Kyle Drinkwater, of Ashcott, appeared at Yeovil Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 4) after an alleged robbery at a shop in Chinnock Road, Glastonbury, at just before 7am on July 30.

The 27-year-old was remanded into custody and will next appear at Taunton Crown Court on Friday, September 5.
