A “DANGEROUS” overtaking manoeuvre on a route in Taunton was caught on dashcam and sent to police.
The incident, on the A358, has led to a driver appearing at Bath Magistrates’ Court and being ordered to pay £202 in fines and court costs.
They have also received five points on their driving licence.
The incident comes after police recorded a driver doing more than 100mph on the A38 at Thurloxton in recent weeks. And in Castle Cary, officers recorded more than 100 speeding offences in just an hour.
