A CHARD woman has been charged with carrying out burglaries at two Somerset properties over the weekend.
Bianca Rocha is accused of committing burglaries in Winsham on Saturday (June 7).
“The 31-year-old was arrested the same day,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson said. “She was subsequently charged with two counts of burglary and one count of assaulting an emergency worker.”
Rocha was remanded in custody to appear before Yeovil Magistrates’ Court today (June 9).
