A TEENAGER was hit in the face with a glass at a Taunton pub.

Police have issued a CCTV image of a person they would like to trace in connection with the incident, which happened in a pub in East Street at around 11.20pm on July 28.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, needed treatment at hospital after the attack, which involved several people.

The man in the image is described as white, of slim build, in his late teens, and was wearing a blue hooded top.

“If you know who this man is, or have any other information which would help us identify him, please contact us,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson said.
