A MAN was left with bite marks to his ear after an assault at a Bath pub.
The incident unfolded at the Flan O’Briens pub, in Westgate Street, at around 12.30am on Thursday, May 15.
Now, police have issued a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, which also left the victim with bruising and a cut lip.
“A man we would like to speak to in connection with the assault is described as white, in his late 20s to early 30s, with light short brown hair and a beard who was wearing a white T-shirt, a leather bomber jacket, and blue jeans,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson said.
“The victim was taken to Royal United Hospitals Bath for treatment where he had an injection to protect against hepatitis.”
