POLICE have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to trace in connection with the theft of an electric bike from outside a Wetherspoons pub in Taunton.

The bike, which has since been recovered, was taken from outside the The Perkin Warbeck pub, in East Street, at around 10am on Monday, September 23.

The person officers want to speak to is described as being in their 20s, white and as having short dark-coloured hair. They were wearing a black Under Armour hoodie, black jogging bottoms and black and white trainers.

Anyone who recognises the person pictured, or has information which could help the investigation, should contact police on 101 and give the reference number 5224250896, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
