Anthony Northover in court over Wellington crossbow incident

ANTHONY Northover has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after a man suffered a crossbow bolt wound in Wellington.

The 43-year-old, of Wardleworth Way, Wellington, appeared at Taunton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (June 11) after an incident on June 9.

Northover was charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed article in a public place.

He was remanded into custody to appear at Taunton Crown Court on Friday, July 11.
