ALEX Thomas is due in court today (October 1) charged with assault and the mistreatment of a dog – which died after “falling from height” – in Weston-Super-Mare.
The 27-year-old, of no fixed address, is charged with assaulting a woman and for causing unnecessary suffering to the animal after an incident in Weston on May 27.
Thomas is due before North Somerset Magistrates’ Court.
