A MAN suffered “potentially life-threatening” injuries following a crash on the A303.
A grey Range Rover crashed with a pedestrian on the eastbound carriageway on the A303 between Cartgate and Podimore on December 21 at 7.10pm.
“Officers attended alongside the ambulance service and closed the road,” an Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said.
“It reopened at about 9.45pm.
“A man – the pedestrian – was taken to hospital with injuries that are believed to be potentially life-changing, but not life-threatening. No one else was injured.”
Officers are now appealing for witnesses.
