ASDA stores are looking pretty in pink this month as part of a campaign to raise awareness and funds to fight breast cancer.
The supermarket giant has team up with a range of iconic brands – including the likes of Heinz, Diet Coke, Pot Noddle and Marmite – to create limited edition pink-labelled products to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
More than 200 altered products have been issued as part of Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign, which sees a portion of sales donated to charities Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel!.
Tickled Pink has been running for 28 years and has raised around £92 million for the causes.
Brands taking part are now available in store and online, including Diet Coke, Heinz Baked Beans, Marmite, Candy Kittens, Walkers Crisps, Aero Strawberry Melts, Shreddies cereal, Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and Jammie Dodgers.

The initiative was launched with an exclusive T-shirt designed by Strictly star and breast cancer campaigner, Amy Dowden.
Amy has collaborated with George at Asda’s in-house team to design a bold T-shirt in two colourways: baby pink and slate grey.
She chose a pretty bow design and a love from Amy message featuring a handwritten written signature to add a truly personal touch.
Meanwhile, more than 205 Asda Cafés are offering two free Warburtons crumpets to customers, with a £1 minimum spend, available until October 16, with £150,000 being donated to the campaign.
And Asda reward customers who purchase four products from the Tickled Pink range will receive £1 back in their cash pot.
Kris Comerford, chief merchandising officer at Asda, said: “We are proud to have so many of our suppliers supporting this year’s Tickled Pink campaign and turning their iconic brands pink.
“It’s set to be one of our biggest ever years with over 200 products available both in stores and online, giving customers the opportunity to donate by purchasing everyday household and clothing items.
“For the second year running, Asda reward customers who purchase four products from the Tickled Pink range will also receive £1 back in their cash pot.”

Rachael Franklin, director of fundraising, communications and engagement at Breast Cancer Now, said: “It’s incredible to see so many amazing brands turning pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, helping us to raise vital awareness and funds for breast cancer treatments, vital education and life-changing support.
“This year marks the 28th year of our Asda Tickled Pink partnership with over £92 million raised – which is a fantastic achievement and enables us to make a huge difference for the 55,000 women and 400 men diagnosed with breast cancer every year in the UK.”
Hundreds of other brands are also involved in the campaign, including Kingsmill 5050 thick loaf (£1.30), Fray Bentos – Steak and Kidney Pie £2.79, Candy Kittens £2.00, Warburtons 9pk Crumpets £1.25.
