NEWS of Somerton’s landmark Overt Locke site being put up for sale may have shocked the community – but it is not the only town site on the market.
A scan of property website Right Move showed two other prominent locations on the market – both on the same stretch as Overt Locke.

A retail and residential property known as The Courthouse – on the fringe of Somerton’s iconic central square – is up for sale with an asking price of £465,000.
As well as five retail units, the 18th century property also includes eight age-restricted residential apartments, which have been sold off on long leases.
Elsewhere, in The Triangle, a former retail unit is on the market with a guide price of £159,000.
Arranged over ground and first floors, the lower area is a retail space, while the first-floor rooms were used for storage.
Both properties are being marketed by Somerset-based agent, GTH.
