Retirement means the tenancy for Barrows Hill Garage – also known as West Country Cars – on the A30 near East Chinnock, Yeovil, is being marketed by Symonds & Sampson.

The forecourt provides space for 60 presented cars, extending around 90 metres, with access directly from the A30.

The site, which also features a car wash-down area with holding tanks, is available for £4,000 per month.
