FROME foodies can taste local produce with a twist at a new outlet opening this weekend.

Sandwich shop How We Roll is opening its doors at the Three Swans pub tomorrow (August 30), promising “a fresh, locally-sourced menu featuring two classic rolls with a twist, three mouth-watering sandwiches and a tasty salad option”.

Lauren Bradley, a Frome native with extensive experience in hospitality and food and beverage marketing, is behind the venture.

“I have always wanted to open my own business, and as a massive foodie and my experience in hospitality, a sandwich shop felt like the right fit,” she said.

“I have built a menu using local produce, to give customers a taste of the west-country and am so excited to see it all come together this weekend.”

How We Roll will be open every Saturday from noon until 6pm, as well as on Market Sunday’s from noon until 4pm.

The Three Swans is one of the oldest pubs in Frome and boasts a selection of beer, cider, spirits and wine to accompany a bite from How We Roll.
