A warehouse in George Street – formerly home to Webbs (Weston) Ltd – is set to go under the hammer at a Stephen & Co auction in Edingworth on October 8, from 7pm.

Webbs ran at the 293sqm town site from 1970, with the listing highlighting its central location and “development potential”.

The site has a guide price of between £225,000 and £275,000.
