US rockers Alien Ant Farm announce Somerset show

ALIEN Ant Farm – who shot to global fame when their cover of Michael Jackson’s Smooth Criminal hit MTV – are heading to Somerset for a concert.

The US rockers, who also saw success with single Movies in the UK, are set to play the Cheese and Grain in Frome on July 28 next year.

It comes as the band return with their first new album in almost a decade – ~mAntras~ – billed as “a bold reinvention that reasserts their lasting impact on modern rock”.

“We’re firing on all four pistons,” said guitarist Terry Corso. “Everybody’s motivated, happy, and ready to put this music out.”

Tickets for the Cheese and Grain show go on sale tomorrow (December 12) at 10am, via cheeseandgrain.com/events/alien-ant-farm and cost £28, plus a standard service charge.

The announcement comes just days after the Cheese and Grain revealed details of a show by fellow US rockers, Black Stone Cherry, in November next year.
