Sophie Ellis-Bextor and more announced for Glastonbury Night at the Abbey 2026

DISCO star Sophie Ellis-Bextor and legends from Orbital and Hot Chip will take to the stage at a special show in Somerset next autumn.

Glastonbury Abbey has announced details of the 2026 Night at the Abbey event, on September 12 next year, billed as a “late-summer celebration of music, light and atmosphere in the historic grounds” of the landmark.

“As day turns to night and the ruins glow under beautiful illumination, the site comes alive with multiple stages, a world street-food market, independent traders, and bars serving everything from local ales to cocktails,” a spokesperson said.

Acts confirmed so far for the 2026 Night at the Abbey event in Glastonbury:

Ellis-Bextor, famed for hits including Murder on the Dancefloor, will top the bill on the Main (Dan’s) Stage, joined by The Blow Monkeys, An Dannsa Dub, and The Often Herd.

The King Arthur Stage will showcase the finest in electronica, with Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip) and Phil Hartnoll (Orbital) featuring.

Elsewhere, The Nook – DJs in the Trees, will host Grant Plant alongside local selectors spinning soulful selections and dancefloor treasures.

Tickets for Night at the Abbey are on sale now, with the first 500 available for £40 for adults and £30 for children (five-15, under fives free). Once the first 500 tickets are sold the tickets are £45/£35 until March 1. Glastonbury Abbey PLUS members receive a 15% discount.
