A BUILDING at a Somerset adventure park was “completely destroyed” by fire yesterday afternoon (November 18).
Firefighters were sent to the scene, at the Animal Farm Adventure Park in Berrow, near Burnham-on-Sea, at around 3.35pm.
Crews from Bridgwater, Burnham, Yeovil, and Cheddar attended, a Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said.
“Crews used two hose reel jets, two main jets, and breathing apparatus to extinguish a fire in a building measuring 30m x 50m, which was completely destroyed by fire,” they added.
“Two appliances from Avon Fire and Rescue Service also attended.
“The cause is not thought to be deliberate.”
