STREET Festive Market is returning in December – promising a Christmas spirit, spectacle and stalls!
The event, hosted by Street Parish Council, promises “a joyful day of shopping, food, music, and festive cheer”, with a wide range of stalls showcasing businesses and artisans from around the village.
Stalls and entertainment will be on offer between 11am and 4pm on Saturday, December 6, in the High Street, Farm Road, and at Crispin Hall.
“From handcrafted gifts, jewellery, and stocking-fillers to delicious seasonal treats and refreshments, there will be something for everyone to enjoy,” a spokesperson said.
“Community groups will also be in attendance to share advice and highlight the valuable services they provide across Street.
“Music, entertainment, and festive fun will fill the day, creating a warm and merry atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy.”

Members of Street Parish Council will be at their stall outside Crispin Hall, ready to chat, answer questions, and hear your ideas on how we can continue to make Street thrive, they said, as well as Youth Cadet, Eva Dowden, promoting her Youth Survey, giving younger residents the chance to share their views and help shape
the future of the parish.
“This special market is a highlight of the village calendar and a wonderful way to celebrate our community spirit, support local traders, and enjoy a festive day out with family and friends,” the spokesperson went on.
“The event also follows Small Business Saturday, making it the perfect time to shop local and give back to the businesses that make Street so special.”
