POLICE are appealing for information after a crash in Minehead – with a vehicle involved later found unattended.

Officers said the incident unfolded on Wednesday evening (October 15), when a grey pick-up truck was involved in a crash.

It was later seen driving with front-end damage, an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson said, before the vehicle was found unattended near Minehead Harbour.

Police now want to hear from anyone who saw or heard a matching vehicle in the Minehead area between 10.30pm and 11.30pm, who has dashcam or CCTV footage from that time, or may have seen a damaged vehicle being driven in the area.
