A FORMER Somerset children’s centre is up for sale – just days after a former library in the same street was also put on the market.
The property, in Killick Way, Williton, has been put up for sale alongside the former village library, after facilities moved to a new location.
It is being marketed by Greenslade Taylor Hunt (GTH), who said the property could have a “range of alternative uses (subject to planning)”.
“Former children’s centre, set within the centre of a popular village,” the listing detailed.
With a guide price of £215,000, offers by informal tender are being accepted.
