FOUR new homes could be built on “agricultural land” in a Somerset village, if plans are approved.
Whiteacre Planning has applied for permission to build the properties on a plot opposite Brookside, in Lower Road, South Cheriton.
The plans – an outline application – suggest the development could include properties of differing seizes, such as two Four-bed and two three-bed homes.
“Gardens, parking and garages would be provided for all dwellings with extensive landscaping,” the application said, with access from a new junction off Lower Road.
The scheme will now be considered by Somerset Council planners. For more details, and to comment on the scheme, log on to somerset.gov.uk and search application reference 25/01615/OUT.
