AN off-duty PCSO driving home from work recognised a suspected shoplifter in Wells – who was later arrested.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday afternoon (April 23), Avon & Somerset Police said.
“An off duty PCSO recognised the male as they were driving home from work and Officers attended and made the arrest,” they said.
