A BIKER who was seriously injured in a crash in North Somerset last month has sadly died.
The rider, a man in his 40s, passed away after being injured in a crash on the A38 at Barrow Gurney involving a motorcycle and a car at around 4.30pm on Monday, March 31.
He was taken to hospital after the crash but sadly died on Wednesday, April 9, police said.
“A specially trained officer is providing the man’s family with support and our sympathies are with them,” an Avon & Somerset Police spokesperson added.
“We would continue to ask anyone who witnessed the collision, and has not yet contacted police, to call 101 and quote reference 5225092386.”
