A MAN has appeared in court charged with breaking in to a Minehead pharmacy.
Nicholas Miall, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of burglary following an incident at Alcombe Pharmacy on March 15.
The 55-year-old appeared at Taunton Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was released on conditional bail. He will next appear on May 8.
