A MINEHEAD store – formerly home to a popular sweet shop – is up for rent.
The shop, in The Avenue, used to house confectioner A Little Bit of Heaven, famed for its homemade fudge and traditional sweets.
However, the shop closed towards the end of last year and the premises are now listed for rent, being marketed by Webbers.
The listing details a “well-located lock-up shop with ground-floor retail accommodation”.
As well as a 290 sq ft sales area, the shop also includes a staff room.

Well obviously, you can’t just come up with an idea and that is what it will be. Somebody has to have a need for it. An already existing business or a business idea already thought of. It’s a major decision taking on a shop and all the overheads that go with it.
