ELECTRIC vehicle drivers in Yeovil could soon benefit from another place to charge their cars quickly – and grab a bite to eat at the same time.
The McDonald’s at Flushing Meadow, next to the A30, submitted plans to Somerset Council to install two rapid electric vehicle charging stations and ancillary equipment within the car park.
McDonald’s can now start work on implementing the chargers after the plans were approved on Monday, January 27.
