BRIDGWATER and Taunton College (BTC) students were celebrating their T Level results yesterday (August 15) with a high proportion achieving distinctions.
Louise Rowley, Deputy Principal at BTC said he is “absolutely delighted” for the students.
“Their results are superb, the students and lecturers should be so proud these results are really impressive and are a testament to their hard work and dedication,” he said.
Across T-Levels in Health, Early Years, Construction and Design, Surveying and Planning students achieved 100% high grades, with students moving on to outstanding university offers and being accepted into highly sought-after degree apprenticeships.

T-Levels in Digital achieved a superb 90% high grades and T-Level students studying business achieved an excellent 70% high grade profile.
A BTC spokesperson said: “These results will be some of the best in the country and a real testament to the exemplary technical education provided in the college.”
Sam who completed a T Level in Nursing said, “I can’t believe it! I got a distinction and I’m so happy. It means I can take up my place at University to study Paramedic Science.”

“I am enormously proud of the results our students have achieved, the volume of merit and distinction grades is truly staggering. The students have worked so hard and thoroughly deserve them.
“T Levels students are either taking up roles within their chosen sector or continuing their studies at degree level.”
