To mark the launch of the cinema last week, Clarks Village hosted community family groups across Somerset to visit the cinema.
This includes the Escape Support Group which supports families raising children with disabilities or additional needs and charity SWALLOW which empowers teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to thrive.
Chris Davis, Centre Director of Clarks Village, said: “It’s been incredible to see the open-air cinema being built and welcoming guests.
“The atmosphere is very special and we are proud to bring such a fun and exciting experience to our guests as the perfect way to round off a day of shopping and exploring the new and loved brands here at Clarks Village this summer.”
Tickets for the Clarks Village Open-Air Cinema are still available for remaining screenings, priced from £8 for under 12s and £12 (plus booking fee) per adult.
Each day, the off-peak 12pm movie is discounted to just £5 per person or £18 for a family ticket (two adults, two children). Under ones are free at all times. VIP tickets which include a deckchair in prime position and treat box are on sale for £20.
Food and drink will be on offer at the event while guests are invited to bring their own deckchairs and blankets. A limited number of pillows and blankets will also be available to hire and can be pre-booked in advance.
Cinema guests will also benefit from extra discount at several Clarks Village brands. This includes 25% off Prezzo, 20% off Haribo pick & mix, Hobbs, Phase Eight, Jack Wolfskin and selected lines at Clarks as well as 10% off Emma Bridgewater, Dartington Crystal, FatFace and Superdry.
