CRITICALLY-acclaimed musician Julian Marley will be in Somerset next month as part of a European tour.
Son of the legendary reggae star Bob Marley, Julian heads to the Cheese & Grain in Frome on June 24, hot on the heels of his 2024 Grammy Award-winning album, Colors of Royal.
Organisers are promising an “up close and personal show”.
“His performances are a captivating blend of reggae, roots, and dancehall, spreading messages of love, unity, and social consciousness while his music continues to carry the torch of reggae music to new heights,” a spokesperson went on.
“He has become a Global Ambassador for Reggae, enchanting audiences with his electrifying performances.
“From small venues to massive festivals, Julian’s charisma and powerful stage presence connect with fans on a profound level.
“With an impressive discography and hits like Boom Draw and Systems, Julian’s music transcends generations, leaving an indelible mark on the world of reggae.”
Co-promoter, Good Shout Events, said: “This is an unmissable opportunity to see one of the leading lights of the modern reggae scene in a rare UK venue show.
