Avon & Somerset Police are appealing to the public for help to solve a robbery in Chard. On Tuesday 19 December at approximately 6.30pm, a woman was pushed to the floor while walking along Combe Street. She was assaulted by two offenders. They are described as male and were both wearing black.
They stole a quantity of cash from the woman’s handbag and then fled the scene.
Police are keen to hear from anyone in the area at the time who may have information that could assist in tracing the two people responsible. If you can help, please call 101 and give the call-handler reference number 5223309851
